• Please read our advice for both buyers and sellers.

• Members with either blue or green ticks displayed on their profile page have a verified account. The absence of either means the member has opted not to, or requested to have their verification status hidden. 

• All messages between members are encrypted on the myBullion database, however feel free to communicate via mobile if that is yours and the counterparties preference. 

• Message notifications are sent via email if you are not logged into your myBullion account, or if you have not read a message sent to you within 3 hours.

• You can block and unblock members from contacting you.

• Before sending an item to another member, please read our posting guidelines.

• Caveat emptor (Let the buyer beware): We do not engage in disputes between members, should one arise.
