Do you have a retail store?

myBullion is exclusively online. You can use the following Bullion Directory to find a precious metals dealer in your local area. Please note that myBullion is not a representative of these dealers nor are they of us.

 

Where are you located?

myBullion is headquartered in Melbourne, Victoria, and our customer service center is also located in Melbourne.

 

WHY DON’T YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS?

We actually do via PayPal, however only for transactions less than $200.  Accepting Visa, Mastercard and Amex adds a significant expense – from 1 to 3% or more for each transaction. For transactions over $200, we offer standard bank transfer, which is fast, secure, and surcharge free. 

 

Do you have a return Policy?

Once an order has been made and delivered there will be no eligibility to receive a refund. However, in some circumstances whereby dislike or dissatisfaction of any goods purchased has occurred with valid reason, for example you are in receipt of a product that differs substantially from the product image when purchased, this may be accepted as or constitute grounds to receive an exchange for a like for like item. This is at our discretion and must be initiated by contacting us within 24 hours of delivery.

 

Is my personal and financial information secure?

All of your personal and financial information is transmitted with secure SSL. The platform is also encrypted to protect any and all personal, financial, and other identifiable information. 

 

Why is it necessary to verify my identity? 

We have certain obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act (AML/CTF Act) to perform KYC (Know Your Customer) for transactions totalling $5,000 or more per day. If you would like to exceed this cap you must provide government issued photo identification. For more information visit Know Your Customer

 

WHY ARE THE PRODUCTS SOLD HERE ABOVE THE INTERNATIONAL SPOT PRICE?

There are a variety of reasons why the cost of bullion products can be considerably above the international spot price. As an exclusively online retailer, we aim to keep costs low and pass on these savings to customers in the form of competitive premiums.

 

CAN YOU PROVIDE CERTIFICATION OF PRODUCTS I PURCHASE FROM YOUR STORE?

Yes, we offer a paid service to conduct XRF Analysis of your item and provide online certification. Please note this is only available for coins and bars that are serialised

 

CAN I TAKE DELIVERY OF MY ITEM OVER THE WEEKEND?

For customers who are eligible for our Melbourne CBD services, we offer the option to schedule these for Saturday’s.
